Can I connect the S50 to my phone?
Yes, you can connect the S50 to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth using the Smart Life App. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices. For step-by-step guidance, check out our official tutorial video on YouTube.
Why can't I connect to the app?
Please ensure you have downloaded and installed our app and granted all necessary access, including Bluetooth, location, and other system access. Also, confirm that the S50 device has Bluetooth enabled, and click "Add Device" in the app to search for and connect to it. If the connection still fails, press and hold the "-" button and the power button simultaneously to reset the device, then try connecting again.
Does the app require updates on a regular basis?
The app currently does not support automatic scheduled updates. Our software updates typically require synchronization with hardware, so each update is uniformly pushed after confirming hardware compatibility to ensure functionality and user experience stability.
What makes the green laser different from red laser?
The green laser is much brighter and more visible than a red laser, especially in outdoor and bright lighting conditions, making it easier to see the laser point at longer distances.
Is the S50 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, the S50 features a green laser that is 4 times brighter than red lasers, making it ideal for outdoor use, even in bright sunlight. In addition, the green laser is highly visible in low-light or dark conditions. Additionally, the 2.4-inch color display allows you to read measurements clearly, even in dim environments.
Is the S50 equipped with a camera? And if not, will a version with a camera be released in the future?
The S50 is not equipped with a camera, but we are planning a model with camera for the future, so stay tuned.
How do I calibrate the S50?
