Once you submit your work, you grant MILESEEY TOOLS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, editing, modifying, publishing, and displaying your work, as well as recreating, copying, editing, modifying, publishing, displaying derivative works for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Submissions are evaluated based on several key factors: video quality, creativity, the level of effort and dedication involved in the production, and the overall impact, also social media performance is a major part of the criteria. For the Dreamcrafter Prize, we carefully review each entry against these criteria to ensure the best submissions are recognized.

The individual or organization that uploads the entry bears all copyright responsibilities for the work. The organizer is not liable for any legal disputes related to copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, reputation rights, or privacy rights. The legal liability rests entirely on the contestant.

The work must not contain any pornographic or violent content, or any material that violates local laws and regulations.
