Extended Warranty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
1.1 The Mileseey Tools Extended Warranty Program ("Program") provides registered owners with an additional 24 months of coverage beyond the standard 36-month manufacturer's warranty, for a total coverage period of 60 months (5 years) from the original purchase date.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 To qualify, products must:
(1) Have been purchased from Amazon only (products purchased from the Mileseey Tools website enjoy warranty service offered by the website)
(2) Be registered within 30 days of the original purchase
(3) Possess valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
(4) Have an undamaged/legible serial number
3. Registration Process
3.1 Customers must complete ALL steps to activate extended coverage:
(1) Visit https://mileseeytools.com/
(2) Submit product serial number (located on device/packaging)
(3) Upload a digital copy of the purchase receipt
(4) Complete the registration form with contact information
4. Coverage Details
4.1 Extended warranty covers:
(1) Defects in materials/workmanship
(2) Electronic component failures
(3) Lens mechanism malfunctions
4.2 Service options include (at Mileseey's discretion):
(1) Free repair using new/refurbished parts
(2) Direct replacement with equivalent model
(3) Prorated credit toward newer models
5. Exclusions
This warranty DOES NOT cover:
(1) Cosmetic damage
(2) Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid exposure)
(3) Unauthorized modifications/repairs
(4) Damage from improper use (Section 6.3 of Product Manual)
(5) Consumables (straps, carrying cases, removable batteries)
6. Limitations
6.1 Warranty applies only to the original purchaser - non-transferable unless:
(1) Ownership transfer requested through mileseeytools@mileseey.com
(2) $25 administrative fee paid
(3) New owner completes the registration process
6.2 Claims must be submitted through official channels: Email: mileseeytools@mileseey.com
7. Program Termination
Mileseey Tools reserves the right to:
(1) Discontinue the program with 90 days' notice
(2) Verify purchase authenticity through retailer records
(3) Deny claims involving fraudulent registration
8. Governing Law
All warranty disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
